Package 2: 11 sessions $439/private $599/semi private
Consists of an initial consultation with body fat analysis and measurements, fitness assessment, and 4 customized workout programs designed to help you meet your fitness goals! A fitness reassessment to measure your progress is also included.
*Packages expire 6 months after first session and are non-transferable
Nutrition Counseling & Meal Planning:

Package 1: 5 sessions $239/private $349/semi private
Consists of an initial consultation with body fat analysis and measurements, nutrition plan instruction, and submission of food journals and 4 follow-up sessions that will include meal suggestions and planning, recipes, information on diet composition and nutrients, and a reassessment of initial measurements.
Package 2: 11 sessions $439/private $599/semi private
Consists of an initial consultation with body fat analysis and measurements, nutrition plan instruction, and submission of food journals and 7 follow-up sessions that will include meal suggestions and planning, recipes, information on diet composition and nutrients, sweeteners, organics, alkaline/acid balance in the body, and a reassessment of initial measurements. This package also includes 3 one hour personal training sessions.

Michelle is the definition of FIT – Fun In Training.
Michelle consistently ensured that each participant knew that they were achieving personal bests as the sessions progressed and she was right, we were! Exercises were easily modified to meet the needs of each individual, without compromising effectiveness. It wasn’t like being trained - it was like being tutored!
Under Michelle’s watchful eye we celebrated each pound added to the bar and subtracted from the scale as our bodies began to reshape themselves inside and out. Dress pants began to droop, muffin tops magically disappeared, and arm fat stopped flapping. (And, I think I’ve gone down a whole ‘chin’ since I started)
I never thought I’d get to say this, but it’s been more fun getting back into shape with Michelle than it was getting so out of shape in the first place!
My only critique is that the class should be called “Lift and Lose and Learn and Laugh”, because that’s what it is really all about!

I love working out with Michelle. We have a great time, but she really makes you sweat. My blood pressure has gone from 130/90. down to 115/75. My pant size has gone from a 20 to a 16. YEAH!!!
