- Tuesdays: 5:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00 am
- Thursdays: 5:00 pm
- Fridays: 9:00 am
Where? At the Take 2 Studio and the great outdoors! Locations will vary for some classes and schedule will be available online on the website.
- $90 for 5 class punch card ($18 per class)
- $170 for 10 class punch card ($17 per class)
- $240 for 15 class punch card ($16 per class)
- $300 for 20 class punch card ($15 per class)
- Drop in rate for those not registered is $20 per class
What does it include?
- Small group personal training to ensure an effective and progressive workout atmosphere.
- Your Personal Trainer closely monitoring your exercise form and offering modifications appropriate to YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. You will not find this level of attention in most large group classes.
- Multi-level workouts based utilizing a wide variety of equipment for all fitness levels from beginner to serious athlete.
- Weekly weigh ins to help keep you on track (optional).
Additional services available:
- Body composition assessment $20 each. Monitor your fat loss and see where your body is changing!
- Individual nutritional coaching $125 for the full 5-week program. See up to 4 times more body fat loss over exercise alone! This includes a private biweekly in person session with your nutrition coach/trainer as well as ongoing support throughout the program.
