Join Michelle for weekly multi-level workouts targeted to increase strength, endurance and flexibility in a welcoming private studio.

Program Details: Sept 5-Nov 3, 2017 and Nov 20-Dec 22, 2017 with 5 weekly class times to choose from:

  • Mondays: 9am**
  • Tuesdays: 5pm
  • Wednesdays: 9am
  • Thursdays: 4pm or 5pm

** No class Oct 9 Thanksgiving
