Cycle Fit – November 2017

Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-1pm

Join BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer Michelle Bourgeois for a 5-week program geared toward cyclists of all levels. This program includes sport specific cross training during the cycling off season. Benefits include:

  • Improved cycling performance (endurance, speed and stability)
  • Decreased musculoskeletal imbalances commonly seen in cyclists
  • Improved bone density
  • Increased function in activities of daily life
  • Learning and fine tuning effective strength training exercises that willenhance your cycling season
