Join Michelle for weekly multi-level workouts targeted to increase strength, endurance and flexibility in a welcoming private studio.

Program Details:

April 16 – June 29, 2018 with 7 weekly class times to choose from:
Mondays: 9 am ** (No class May 21 Victoria Day)
Tuesdays: 4pm or 5pm
Wednesdays: 9am
Thursdays: 4pm or 5pm
Fridays: 9am
