  • Mondays: 9am
  • Tuesdays: 5pm
  • Wednesdays: 9am
  • Thursdays: 5pm
  • Fridays: 9am


A group of like-minded individuals who want to get fit, and have fun at the same time!


At the Take 2 Studio and the great outdoors!

What do the classes include?

  • Small group personal training to ensure an effective and progressive workout atmosphere.
  • Your Personal Trainer closely monitoring your exercise form and offering modifications appropriate to YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. You will not find this level of attention in most large group classes.
  • Multi-level workouts based utilizing a wide variety of equipment for all fitness levels from beginner to serious athlete.
  • Weekly weigh ins to help keep you on track (optional).
