Kickstart your weekend with this energizing workout in a welcoming private studio. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will include 30 minutes of strength and core conditioning followed by 30 minutes focusing on flexibility, yoga and relaxation.
Meet your Instructor
Susan Williams (BCRPA certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Red Door Yoga Certified Yoga instructor) brings her extensive knowledge and unique sense of fun to make every class a positive experience. Susan specializes in providing exercise options for a wide range of abilities, so each class member will train at the level that is safe and effective for them.
Every Saturday from Oct 20-Dec 22, 2018 from 10:15-11:15 am at the Take 2 Studio in North Saanich.
