Calling All Competitive Jr. Athletes ages 14-16!
Work hard and train yourself to higher fitness level and get GAME READY.
This weeklong training workshop will give you the sport specific conditioning you need to clear the summer cobwebs and kick-start your pre-season fitness.
Daily workouts are geared towards the Jr. Athlete who wants a competitive edge for fall tryouts.
Each day will include a different high energy workout incorporating sport specific training for hockey, soccer, rugby and lacrosse will include:
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Agility Training and Balance
- Strength and Conditioning
- Power Intervals
- Flexibility Training – yes, you guessed it! Yoga!

Location: Take 2 Personal Training Studio and outdoor training facility
