We’ve got some fresh new programs this season at the Take 2 studio! As always, each class will challenge you to reshape your body, increase strength and stamina, lose body fat and gain shapely lean muscle. If you are ready to transform your body and feel great, join Sue and Amanda for weekly multi-level workouts targeted to improve your fitness in a welcoming private studio.

Program Details

Sep 3-Dec 20, 2019 with 6 weekly classes to choose from:

  • Mondays 9am: Compound Training**
  • Tuesdays 5pm: Kettlebell, Core and More
  • Wednesdays 9am: The Works
  • Thursdays 5pm: TRX Tune Up
  • Fridays 9am: TGIF 20-20-20
  • Saturdays 915am: The Works**

** No class Mon Oct 14 Thanksgiving holiday and Mon Nov 11 Remembrance Day

Class Descriptions

Compound Training

Enjoy the many benefits of multi-joint exercises in this class. You will experience increased training efficiency AND maximal calorie burn in minimal time. This class will also include a 15-minute flexibility/fascial release segment to round out your fitness program.

Kettlebell, Core and More

The unique design of the kettlebell improves not only strength, but aerobic capacity, balance and core conditioning. Experience a workout incorporating functional movements that are adaptable to a first-timer or an experienced lifter. Classes may also include other equipment to focus on strength, endurance and flexibility.

The Works

Start your Fall season with this dynamic, action packed 16-week series that will not disappoint! Bored? Not here!! No class shall repeat!

TRX Tune Up

TRX Total Body Resistance Training engages your entire body through its completely adaptable and versatile format. This single piece of equipment allows you to determine how much resistance you would like to work against. Benefits of TRX include improved core and total body strength, muscle tone and joint stability. This workout will incorporate TRX and other forms of resistance training equipment in each and every class. Suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to the serious athlete.

TGIF 20-20-20

Finish your week off with an energizing workout combining all the components you want in a fitness class. Twenty minutes of cardio, twenty minutes of strength and core conditioning, followed by twenty minutes of stretching and flexibility work.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and each participant will train at the level that is safe and effective for them.
