Born and raised on a little farm in the Okanagan, Sue has had a life long love for fitness and the great outdoors.
Sue became a trainer in 1999 and very soon realized the enjoyment she would have, helping people achieve their goals and maintain or improve their overall heath and wellness.
One of the things Sue loves the most about being involved with the health and fitness industry is the diversity of people she gets to work with. Whether it is youth fitness development, specific competitive sport training or working with or someone at the very beginning of their journey, no training session is ever the same.
Sue has a special interest working with vulnerable populations which includes adults and youth with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and mobility challenges. In addition to training, Sue has spent the last seven years working as an Educational Assistant as well as in Community Support both on the Peninsula and Victoria.
When not personal training or teaching a class, you will find Sue out trail running with friends, hiking a mountain, marathon training or proudly watching her kids on the rugby field or in the hockey rink.
