PERSONAL TRAINING REFUND POLICY

Take 2 Personal Training offers credit for unused personal training sessions for medical reasons only.  All credits for medical purposes require a letter from your physician prior to the credit being applied to your account. Transferring your unused sessions to another client (as agreed upon with Take 2 Personal Training) is an alternative option, and please note that the original package expiry date will still be in effect.

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING REFUND POLICY

Class Withdrawals

To cancel a class and receive a 100% refund, registrants must withdraw at least one week prior to the beginning of the first class. Registrants who withdraw before the third class, will receive a 50% refund*. After the third class, no refunds will be available with the exception of a documented medical reason (see below).

Cancellation of Classes by Take 2 Personal Training

Take 2 Personal Training reserves the right to cancel any class if a minimum number of people have not registered. We will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours of the first class if a class is canceled and will contact you to provide you with a full refund, credit or transfer to another class.

Facility closure/ Instructor Illness

If a facility is closed causing us to cancel a class, or if the trainer is ill, you will be notified by phone and email immediately (if you are a registered class member). If possible, a make-up will be scheduled.

Missed Classes and Make-up Classes

Program participants register for classes on specific dates and times. Unless Take 2 Personal Training cancels a class and provides for a makeup, attendance in scheduled classes is the responsibility of the participant. We cannot provide make-up classes or allow the participant to attend a different class.

Credits

Must be used within 6 months of the date of issue or the credit will be forfeited.

Dropping a Class for Medical Reasons

For medical situations validated by a written acknowledgement from a physician you will be granted a class credit prorated from the date we receive written notice from your physician. No credits will be issued for conflicts with other activities or vacations. Credits will be issued for extended illness only (3 or more classes missed).
