What do the classes include?
- Small group personal training to ensure an effective and progressive workout atmosphere.
- Your Personal Trainer closely monitoring your exercise form and offering modifications appropriate to YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. You will not find this level of attention in most large group classes.
- Multi-level workouts based utilizing a wide variety of equipment for all fitness levels from beginner to serious athlete.
- Weekly weigh ins to help keep you on track (optional).
- Single class drop in $25
- 5 x punch card $110
- 10 x punch card $210
- 15 x punch card $300
- 20 x punch card $380
- 25 x punch card $450

* Punch cards are non-refundable and non-transferable between participants. Punch cards are valid for the July 2, 2018-August 30, 2019 summer program only.
