We’ve got some exciting programs this season at the Take 2 studio! As always, each class will challenge you to reshape your body, increase strength and stamina, lose body fat and gain shapely lean muscle. Enjoy the many benefits of multi-joint exercises in this class. You will experience increased training efficiency AND maximal calorie burn in minimal time. This class will also include a 15-minute flexibility/fascial release segment to round out your fitness program.

Using light weights, bands and your body weight, this fusion class guarantees to strengthen, stretch, tone and relax the entire body.
Expect a progressive series that emphasizes functional and healthy movement patterns in a fun and informative approach to combine strength and common yoga postures.
TRX Kettlebell Power Circuit
This class incorporates 2 of the most efficient pieces of fitness equipment available- TRX suspension training and kettlebells.
You will experience improved core and total body strength, muscle tone and joint stability with the TRX suspension trainer. In addition, the unique design of the kettlebell improves not only strength, but aerobic capacity, balance and core conditioning.
Experience a workout incorporating functional movements that are adaptable to a first-timer or an experienced lifter. Classes may also include other equipment to focus on strength, endurance and flexibility.
Finish your week off with an energizing workout combining all the components you want in a fitness class. Twenty minutes of cardio, twenty minutes of strength and core conditioning, followed by twenty minutes of stretching and flexibility work.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and each participant will train at the level that is safe and effective for them.
