We’ve got an exciting line up of Zoom programs this season at the Take 2 studio! To keep everyone healthy and safe, we are now excited to offer interactive online training to help you get and stay fit! As always, each class will challenge you to reshape your body, increase strength and stamina, lose body fat and gain shapely lean muscle. If you are ready to transform your body and feel great, join Michelle, Sue and Amanda for workouts targeted to improve your fitness from the convenience of your own home.

Program Details

May 12 – June 6 *

  • Mondays 9am: Creative Conditioning – $42 **
  • Mondays 5:30pm: Booty Yoga (Starts May 4) – $84
  • Wednesdays 530pm: Yoga Fusion – $84
  • Thursdays 5pm: Creative Conditioning – $84

June 7 – July4 *

  • Mondays 9am: Creative Conditioning – $84
  • Mondays 5:30pm: Booty Yoga (Starts May 4) – $84
  • Wednesdays 530pm: Yoga Fusion – $63**
  • Thursdays 5pm: Creative Conditioning – $84

* Drop ins available if space permits: $26.25 per class

Class Descriptions

Creative Conditioning with Michelle

Enjoy the many benefits strength training provided in the safety of your own home. Stay strong and continue to improve your fitness via our new Zoom online training platform. Limited equipment loans are available from the Take 2 studio. Please contact for availability. This class will also include a 10-15-minute flexibility segment to round out your fitness program.

Booty Yoga with Sue

Join Sue via Zoom Monday nights 5:30-6:30 for 30 minutes of a lower body butt burning strength workout, followed by 30 minutes of traditional Hatha Yoga.

Yoga Fusion with Sue

Using light weights, bands and your body weight, this fusion class guarantees to strengthen, stretch, tone and relax the entire body. Expect a progressive series that emphasizes functional and healthy movement patterns in a fun and informative approach to combine strength and common yoga postures. Classes will be offered via Zoom format.
