We have got an exciting line up of Zoom programs this season at the Take 2 studio! To keep everyone healthy and safe, we are now offer interactive online training to help you get and stay fit. As always, each class will challenge you to reshape your body, increase strength and stamina, lose body fat, and gain shapely lean muscle. If you are ready to transform your body and feel great, join Michelle, Sue and Amanda for workouts targeted to improve your fitness from the convenience of your own home.

Creative Conditioning with Michelle
If you knew that a certain type of exercise could benefit your heart, improve your balance, strengthen your bones, and help you lose weight all while making you look and feel better, wouldn’t you want to get started? Join us for this energy boosting strength workout and enjoy the positive changes in your body! Limited equipment loans are available from the Take 2 studio. Please contact for availability. This class will also include a 10-minute flexibility segment to round out your fitness program.
Booty Yoga with Sue
Join Sue via Zoom Monday nights 5:30-6:30 for 30 minutes of a lower body butt burning strength workout, followed by 30 minutes of traditional Hatha Yoga.
Yoga Fusion with Sue
Using light weights, bands and your body weight, this fusion class guarantees to strengthen, stretch, tone, and relax the entire body.
Expect a progressive series that emphasizes functional and healthy movement patterns in a fun and informative approach to combine strength and common yoga postures. Classes will be offered via Zoom format.
Tabata with Amanda
Tabata training can be used in a variety of ways to increase fitness levels in all aspects. Each class will explore different areas including Compound Movements, Strength Exercises, Core Conditioning, Cardiovascular Fitness and Flexibility. This will be a well-rounded workout incorporating all muscle groups while also including some specialized focus on specific areas.
