Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Michelle Bourgeois first opened the studio doors in 2013 with the mission of providing a private, safe and joyful atmosphere for those wanting to effectively improve their health. Since then, one of Michelle’s top priorities has been to provide services that are inclusive and welcoming to members of all abilities, ages and levels of experience. As the membership grew, Michelle added small group classes and nutrition coaching to the studio service menu for clients to enjoy a complete fitness and wellness experience.
In the summer of 2018, Sue Williams joined the Take 2 team. In actively exemplifying Take 2’s mission of health and wellness, Sue adds a vibrant dimension to all of her classes and training sessions.
In April 2019, we welcomed Amanda Irving to join our growing studio. Amanda brings a wide scope of experience and education and has the skill set to train all levels of clients including clients who are brand new to the gym, seasoned athletes, and those with specific needs.
Michelle, Sue and Amanda are all BCRPA certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors, are dedicated life-long learners, and are passionate about fitness and health. We are committed to ensuring that our clients’ health and fitness experience at Take 2 is positive, fun, safe, and effective.
